PSCSM Alumni and Friends, Inc. Board of Directors

The PSCSM Alumni and Friends, Inc. is guided by a dedicated Board of Directors, each member playing a crucial role in fulfilling the organization’s mission and ensuring its continued success. The Board comprises the following key positions:

• President: The President serves as the chief executive officer of the organization, providing overall leadership and direction. He presides over the board meetings, ensures the implementation of the organization’s strategic plan, and acts as the primary spokesperson for PSCSM Alumni and Friends, Inc.
• Vice-President: The Vice-President supports the President in all aspects of leadership and assumes the President’s responsibilities in their absence. They often oversee specific committees or projects and play a key role in long-term planning.
• Chairman: The Chairman leads the Board of Directors, ensuring effective governance and facilitating productive discussions during meetings. They work closely with the President to set meeting agendas and ensure that Board decisions are made in the best interests of the organization.
• Treasurer: The Treasurer is responsible for the financial health of the organization. They oversee all financial transactions, maintain accurate records, prepare financial reports, and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations.
• Assistant Treasurer: The Assistant Treasurer supports the Treasurer in managing the organization’s finances. They may assist with bookkeeping, preparing reports, and other financial tasks as delegated by the Treasurer.
• Secretary: The Secretary is responsible for maintaining the organization’s official records, including meeting minutes, membership lists, and other important documents. They also ensure that all communications are properly disseminated and that the organization adheres to its bylaws.
• Assistant Secretary: The Assistant Secretary supports the Secretary in maintaining records, preparing meeting minutes, and handling other administrative tasks as needed. They play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the organization.
